Z8 Encore! XP F0823 Series of MCUs is based on the 8-bit eZ8 CPU core and offers an extended set of peripheral functions that makes the Z8 Encore! XP Family suitable for a variety of applications including motor control, security systems, home appliances, personal electronic devices, and sensors.The Z8F0423 MCU offers 4KB of in-circuit-programmable Flash memory, 1024 bytes of RAM, 6 to 22 I/O lines and 4 to 8 ADC channels in multiple 8-, 20- and 28-pin package types.
