EZ80F92AZ020HC Overview

eZ80F92 MPU, a member ofeZ80Acclaim! product family, is a high-speed single-cycle instruction-fetch microprocessor with a maximum clock speed of 20 MHz, 128 KB on-chip Flash program memory and 8 KB SRAM. The eZ80F92 device can operate in Z80-compatible addressing mode (64 KB) or full 24-bit addressing mode (16 MB).The eZ80F92 MPU is also available as a compact, high-performance Ethernet module and a low-cost, general-purpose compact Flash module. Both modules are specially designed for the rapid development and deployment of embedded systems requiring control and Internet/Intranet connectivity.The rich peripheral set of the eZ80F92 device makes it suitable for a variety of applications including industrial control, communication, security, automation, embedded Internet applications and point-of-sale terminals.Build your embedded application with the eZ80F92 Development Kit (eZ80F920200ZCOG).
