eZ80F92 MPU, a member ofeZ80Acclaim! product family, is a high-speed single-cycle instruction-fetch microprocessor with a maximum clock speed of 20 MHz, 128 KB on-chip Flash program memory and 8 KB SRAM. The eZ80F92 device can operate in Z80-compatible addressing mode (64 KB) or full 24-bit addressing mode (16 MB).The eZ80F92 MPU is also available as a compact, high-performance Ethernet module and a low-cost, general-purpose compact Flash module.
