The eZ80F91NAA ASSP device, a member offamily of eZ80AcclaimPlus! Flash microcontrollers, is the 144-pin BGA version ofhigh-speed eZ80F91 microprocessor. Like the rest of the eZ80Acclaim Plus! family, the eZ80F91NAA features a maximum clock speed of 50 MHz and single-cycle instruction fetch.
