Z8F081AQB020EG Overview

Z8 Encore! XP F082A Series of MCUs is based on the 8-bit eZ8 CPU core and offers an extended set of peripheral functions that makes the Z8 Encore! XP Family suitable for a variety of applications including motor control, security systems, battery chargers, home appliances, personal electronic devices and sensors.The Z8F081A MCU offers 8KB of in-circuit-programmable Flash memory, 1024 bytes of RAM, 6 to 25 I/O lines and 13 to 19 interrupts in multiple 8-, 20- and 28-pin package types. The eZ8 CPU is also upward-compatible with the existing Z8 instruction set.Build your application with the Z8 Encore! XP F082A Series (28-Pin) Development Kit (Z8F08A28100KITG).
